I’ve visited the Chisou in Mayfair multiple times and finally given the branch in Knightsbridge a try given I was in the area. Quality of food and service was as good as the Mayfair one. Stand our dish was the black cod, soft shell crab and sea urchin nigiri. The sushi platter was also fresh and tasted fantastic.
Visited Chisou twice so far and can't wait to visit again! Delicious food, great flavours, fresh fish. Love the salads especially and the tempura, the yuzu flavour is delicious on the prawn and spinach salad. I think about coming back here on and off throughout the year, and can't wait to visit again. Simple, clean design inside but that was perfect for meeting friends and having a good chat. Service was lovely for lunch, and grateful they let us stay a bit longer after their lunch service slot to finish eating! Definitely recommend

One of the best Japanese spots in London! The menu gets updated regularly, so there’s always something new to try. The Wagyu steak is an absolute must—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. It’s great to find a place that serves authentic Japanese cuisine without ridiculous price tags. Highly recommend for anyone who loves real Japanese food!
Pretty solid. Got the sushi lunch special. Was good value, tasty. I have pretty high standards for Japanese foods so take this with a grain of salt but Id give this 4.5 stars. The flavors could be more original or adventurous
My mother and I usually go to the one in Mayfair for lunch but went Knightsbridge for a change for her birthday. I would highly recommend this place for good Japanese food, prompt service and very friendly&attentive staff. We had Tempura and Deep fried oysters lunch set. My mother also had a little birthday plate which was a nice surprise from restaurant! Will definitely come back here when we crave some Japanese food
Happened across this place when we were in the mood for Japanese. Wow! Exceeded expectations - you know when you’re happy with the idea of what you ordered but when everything thing arrives it’s way better? Well this is the place where that happens! Friendly staff, great reservations, high quality fish. Tastiest teriyaki chicken I think I’ve ever had. Salmon nigiri over the top, avocado salmon rolls - wowser. Tempura vegetables were great. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!
We stumbled into this restaurant and have zero regrets going in. We could tell from the decor and peaceful atmosphere it was going to good. We both got tempura and noodles and it was all delicious and reasonably priced. I would definitely come back! They were also kind enough to adjust the tempura to have no shell fish.
